Insurance
Your insurance plan may cover Naturopathic medicine or acupuncture. Please check with your insurance before setting up an appointment. Our office bills acupuncture only for veterans with Triwest through the Community Network Program with referral from the VA.
For those who have coverage for Naturopathic medicine or other acupuncture insurances, we will gladly give you an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance company and you will be reimbursed by your insurance company based on your plan’s rate for non-participating providers. If you have a PPO plan, standard labs and imaging are covered for by your insurance.
Consultation, supplements and alternative labs may be covered for those who have a flexible spending account or health savings account as part of your medical expenses.
Payments
Please be aware that payment is expected at the time of service. Labs and Naturopathic supplements are not included in the office visit fees and are separate fees. Cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Cancellation
When you call and schedule an appointment, time is reserved especially for you and no one else. We ask that new patients fill out the questionnaires and send them back 48 hours in advance and provide at least a 48-hour notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel new appointments that don’t fill out the forms in advance. A $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations less than 24-hour notice. No shows will be charged the full rate. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
